Paula -- any chance you're a member of ICES? ICES stands for International Cake Exploration Society. They are big in Texas, I'm sure you could find a chapter. Each chapter hosts "Days of Sharing" where people come in and demo different things. It's actually a great thing, you learn lots. If you want to PM me where you are, I can see if I can get some contact information for you. If you'd like to visit the ICES website, the addy is ICES.org.

I've never seen any Patchwork Cutter tutorials on the web. I just tried a Google search with the same result - nada.

Thanks for searching for me! I do have ICES on my favorites toolbar but I'm not a member YET!! I thought I had seen a demo somewhere.......not like the whole thing but a snipit, with Nicholas Lodge. He only showed a bit but it was enough to get the jest of what you had to do. I'm not sure if it was youtube or on Nick's site or what....it just makes me insane not to figure it out!!!

Nic Lodge is the BOMB where it comes to instructors. He's very thorough. I would recommend his DVDs to anyone. Not to mention, his work is impeccably clean.
