anyone catch ace of cakes last night?

Harry potter was featured as Duff made a cake for the cast! I missed it durn it but I will find out when it comes on again and you'd better believe I'll watch it then!

I did watch it, it was a good show (as usual!). The castle part of the cake wasn't actual cake, but the 'landscaping' around it was. It was huge. Anna and Ben constructed the castle out of styrofoam covered in fondant, and Duff drove it from Baltimore to LA, and finished the rest of it there.

I love watching this show for inspiration - I just wish I had more kitchen space to play in! :-)

man can I drrol over the set up they have! But I would so love to visit it one day. But I can undersyand why it's a closed bakery for sure! That castle was so cool!

Ace of Cakes was a great episode....I am a fan and actually that show has inspired me to go for my dream...I would too love to go visit them someday...It's do fascinating to watch them create and build a "work of art"..
