I was just wondering if the you have ever could change the Butter in this recipe for margarine

Hmmm, I've never tried it with margarine, from what I've heard margarine has a higher water content so if you did use it you'd need to cut down on the amount of liquid.

seriouscakes, that brush embroidery cakes looks fantastic! did you use a different BC recipe for the cake and for the the one you painted with? i figure you can only do this technique with a crusting BC, huh?
