Fav decorating video you have oe have seen.
What is your fav decorating video you have or have seen?
I have so many I like it is hard to choose. But one of the best gas to be Nicholas Lodge's how to cover a cake with fondant and the one he shows you how to stack and support wedding/stacked cakes. I saw this before I even attempted a stacked cake! Very helpful.

These are something you can borrow from your local library also. Try it, you may be surprised what they have to choose from. Sure is cheaper too!

Perfecting the Art of Buttercream by Sharon Zambito. She also includes her recipe for buttercream. Her cakes are beautiful. You can buy from into the oven.

Re: Fav decorating video you have oe have seen.
patch work videos are awesome too. I actually like wilton's how to make wedding/stacked cakes video too. Taught me a lot when I knew nothing but was affordable to me when I was just starting out and didn't know if this would be something I would continue pursuing. So some wilton stuff is usable and handy for those just getting into decorating and wanting to know basics...which is my understanding of what wilton wants to do and be. It's geared towards those people just starting out and doing hobby cakes...not especially pro cakes.

Re: Fav decorating video you have oe have seen.
I just bought the first book and video and they both are nothing but examples and the lady showing how to use the cutters and roll out gum paste and coloring it, painting it, just a lot of info.
I had the Nicholas Lodge gum paste roses and wedding cakes, I had the working with rolled fondant video he had too.
Now I have the sugar crafts videos and the work bookletts that goes with those.
It has different cakes, flowers and toppers and he goes through making each look.
