I never made this, so if I ever did, this would certainly come in handy.

I dont particularly use this to make it but it's great to give ideas and see how it's done to help out people like me who do it better after seeing it done too.

Once I tried to make italian meringue butter cream - kind of the same idea as the swiss expect that you had to boil the sugar then add it to the whipped egg whites, then add the butter - what a mess. This looks easier I'll try it next time.
