Found a lot more recipes and they seem to have ratings which may give you a little more insight...Didn't see a rocky road recipe... but you never know what you might need. I didn't expect to find fudge recipes on a cookie site...

Fudge, Fudge recipes

The foodnetwork recipe is an awesome one!!! I have made this several times it always turns out for me unless the humidity is too high....then it kinds glops not sets for me. I wonder if I bought a de-humidifier if that would help.

Like I dont have a needs list the size of Utah already!!!!!!

I have not made it but was at a wedding shower last week and the one Paula Deen has on the food network is very good. But watch out... there ARE calories in that stuff!

Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients
1/3 cup unsalted butter, cut into chunks
1 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions
Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a hard boil for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in the
chocolate until melted and smooth. Fold in the almonds and marshmallows. Pour into an 8 by 8-inch
square baking pan. Chill until firm, about 2 to 4 hours. Cut into 12 squares.
