I don't really have a recipe... I just did exactly what I stated earlier...just playing around to see the outcome.. I have also made them with the dry fondant.. I just pour the dry fondant in a bowl and place the bowl over already simmering water... let it start melting, then I add the cherry juice, and some liquor to thin it down... Not to thin and not to thick.. you'll know through trial and error becasue if it's too thin it won't stick to the cherry and if it's too thick it'll do the same except you'll more than likely end up pulling the stem off trying to get it out of the fondant.... But either way, using dry fondany mix or using fondant or chocopan... they came out tasting good. with the dry fondant, you won't have any creme with the liquid center... with the fondant and chocopan you will... if you put it on thick...

Hope this helps.

Then what? You said something in an earlier post about again them? Do you let them dry? Cover them in chocolate? Eat them right out of the bowl?
I've never made candy, so I don't have the common sense for it. I know it seems stupid, but please spell it out for me.
Thanks!

Oh.. sorry... after they are coated and set... dip them in chocolate.. once the chocolate sets and gets hard, place them in an airtight container and let them sit for no less than 4 days.. the longer they cure, the juicier they will be.. after a week of resting, they should be ready to eat or give away as gifts... or sell...
