Default Coconut Pralines

Ingredients

1 cup corn syrup
2 cups confectioner's sugar
½ cup rich milk
1-¾ cups desiccated coconut

Instructions

Combine the corn syrup, sugar and milk and boil rapidly to 238 degrees For until a little forms a soft ball when tried in cold water.

Beat until it begins to cream, add the coconut and drop by good-sized teaspoons onto pans sparingly oiled with corn oil.

Is 'rich milk' evaporated milk? I wonder if you could add some finely chopped pecans to it, yum!
