Thanks Maite, I am so sure it tasted as good as it looked, I have not tried ganache yet, have been a bit scared too, but am willing to try, it looks like silk and i love the shiny look of it, for your 1st time, you nailed it!! great job!! Tracy, the color in that cake you were asking about, it was "mocca". Well... I used mocca dream icing as the frosting for it, and that was it's natural color. It tasted so good!

The cake with ganache was a chalange... It was my first time using it in a wedding cake. To tell you the truth, or I was lucky, or is a lot easier to work with it then I was expecting.
