I know where you are coming from with the kids... my cake decorating supplies were in a closet for several years while we were busy with our kids. I picked it right back up as though I never took a break so know that there is hope!!!

Hi Jeri, Thank you for the picture comments...yes I have been extremely busy. I too do this as a hobby, part-time or just when I have the time...when you have kids, you are lucky to have any spare time lol...thanks again and fabulous work on your wedding cakes...they are gorgeous

Thanks jeri, I am also self taught, I have been learning alot with every cake, I have not done wedding cakes as of yet, I need to learn the technique of pillars etc...but cant wait to try my hand at them.
