Hi Tracy! Thanks for your comments on my pics. The chocolate wraps aren't too hard at all once you get the hang of it. I love them because they are quick for last minute and fast decoration. And yes, they taste good - chocolate! :-) I'd say it's a bit easier than fondant.

You are very welcome, I baked 2 loaves and cut the center out of bottom layer then cut the top layer in 1/2...i filled bottom cavaty with filling then stacked my 1st layer, then another layer of icing then placed the top on...it made a perfect shaped purse...goodluck

Hi, Just wanted to tell you if you need a good tip on cake purses, I have the perfect tip, no need to buy a purse cake pan, i used a loaf pan and it worked like a charm..if you have any questions please feel free to ask
