    Sorry it took so long to reply. I did not carve the bear. I use the wilton 3d bear pan. I just cut off the legs and arms..
    Thank you for the comments on my cakes. i have new one to add, soon but they are still on me camera

    Tracy, the color in that cake you were asking about, it was "mocca". Well... I used mocca dream icing as the frosting for it, and that was it's natural color. It tasted so good!

    The cake with ganache was a chalange... It was my first time using it in a wedding cake. To tell you the truth, or I was lucky, or is a lot easier to work with it then I was expecting.
