I am wondering if you could please help me, I opened an account in the forum and then I ordered some cake pans, when I go into the my account page I can't log in is there a reason or is there a way to make it work? Do I need to reset anything to combine them both even though I used the same e-mail for both

I am totally disappointed to the point of being compelled to write. There was a Magic Line pan I need for next weekend and I waited to order it today just because of the coupon. This is a very disheartening first experience with the forum although I will continue to shop Into The Oven.
I sent my PM via the following path. You will find my post on Page 3. I registered and sent the PM within the hour after receiving the e-mail about the Sunday sale. It seems there's a hole somewhere.

I sure have been busy this week adding a million new features to our forums to keep everyone happy.
We have added, new smilies, living avatars, multi-media section in our forums, user BLOG's, in-line and attached imaging (no 3rd party needed to host), an open Calendar for you to publish your upcoming events, several nice videos of season cakes/fondant, games, a lottery with real cash winnings, and probably 10 other features that I am forgetting.
