2007 Country Fair entry

4X12" cake dummy for base, topped with 10X2"layer,which had a hidden turntable. All is covered with a layer of white fondant, and fondant flower garlands, dusted with pearl dust.The next layer is a 12X1" styro disc.(would be a browine layer if making a real cake)covered with brown fondant "floor".This section rotates like a real carousel..The horses are plastic. The center is fondant covered styrofoam cone. The top is fondant covered cardboard. It has nearly a thousand flowers, and is lit with tiny flashing rice lights.... It wasn't the "big" winner, but I did get a blue ribbon.
