I know I am the only person that when they have an order for a cake they start to plan it and look for what they need.... Why would someone who know a month a head of time wait til the last minunit to look for the stuff they need and plan the cake ???

I love to teach people new things and help them... but it is hard to not to get fustrated then they do not do as the are tought or pay attention to what you tell them ...

There are so many things and techniqes that have come out as of late ...makes me think what should I learn next.. I love to learn how to make flowers out of gum paste.. but also would love to learn how to us and work with fontant and marzipan... so much to learn so little time in a day !!
