Hello from Fat Daddios!

I wanted to introduce myself to this great board. My name is Greg Skipper and I am an owner of Fat Daddios. I am honored to work with Into The Oven and appreciate their enthusiastic support of our brand of professional anodized baking pans and tools.

The main reason for my post is to introduce myself and answer any questions you may have about our products. My personal background includes private-label manufacturing many of the brands of bakeware you have probably used for years. When we started Fat Daddios it was with the intention to manufacture a better baking pan. We spent alot of time and money in developing the technologies we use today to bring you a pan that is stronger, safer, and superior in baking performance.

If anyone has questions about our products or suggestions on items you would like to see, please let me know. In addition, be on the lookout for some great NEW products we are currently developing, including new tools and shapes of pans.

I appreciate the opportunity to introduce myself and be a part of this message board.

just to let you know Greg, I have tried a couple of your pans and I have loved them, so much so I have replaced my commas, tear drops and hexagon as well as heart shaped pans with your fat daddios brand and I love them. Thanks and look forward to more great products to try !

I also LOVE tha Fat Daddio pans I am going to replace them little by little with what I have now.

I forgot to ask if you had any plans to start a line of half round pans?

Our name came about by way of a couple of reasons. First, one of my sons (I have 4) started calling me Daddio when he was 3. He still does to this day. Not quite sure how that started or where in the world he got it from.

Now about the "Fat" part, my business partners are 2 former football players (linemen) and well, you get the picture....I wouldn't call them fat just all around bigger and taller than most people.

The main thing we wanted to do was create a name that would get a second look. A name that reflected the fun we have as a company. I have never had as much fun in my life as I am having now because of the great pans we have and the people I get to work with everyday.
