Well, the colors are very pretty. I'm going to be honest with you, but please don't think I'm trying to be rude. i just want to help you. Here are a couple of things that jumped out at me:
1. The flashing ad on the top of the page is a major turn off. If you have to have an ad like that on there, could you at least maybe put it on the bottom of the page?
2. I would work on your Name/logo. Make it stand out from the rest of the page. If you don't have a logo to work with, use a fancy font and play with the color to help it stand out. You can even get a nice piece of clipart to help add to it, or even a picture of one of your own cakes.
3. Definately add a picture to the home page. For now, you could add the Black and White cake since the colors are compatible. Also, I would take the "Contact Info" off of the home page. You already have a "Contact Me" tab up at the top. If you want, you can add your company name and e-mail, phone number, and address as a footer on the home page. Also, I would play with the font on your homepage as well. Make it something fun but still readable. I would even maybe make it a little larger, since there is so much space that you need to use up.
4. I don't like the view counter, but if you really want one on there, you should put it farther down on the homepage so that it's not one of the first things you see.
5. Can you add names to all of your cake pictures in your gallery, so that they show up underneath the picture in the gallery? It would also help to add a small description about each section in your gallery by the title of each gallery (ex. childrens cakes - we create custom cakes for blah, blah, blah, etc.).
6. On your Flavors page, I would make the "Cake" and "Frosting" text stand out more. Right now it just blends into the rest of the text.
7. Rather than just putting where your located at in your welcome text, I would also add it on your contact page, so that people can find out where your located more easily. Do you have a phone number that you can add also? Alot of customers want to be able to talk to someone personally, without having to go through e-mail alone.
8. I would add more to your welcome text. It doesn't really tell me anything about your business. Whay should I choose you over the next guy in town? What makes your cakes special? Things like that.
Take a look at some of the other cake websites out there, and see if you can't get some ideas to help jazz up your homepage, and see if there is any other information that you might need to add.
Anyway, I hope I didn't come off as sounding rude. I just want to help you where I can. Good job on all the work you've done so far!!
