How do I???

When I first joined I didnt know there was a choice wheter to get instant emails or none. Just figured it out!! How do I stop getting the emails from the threads I didnt put do not subscribe?? I mean how do I go and change it in all the different threads??

You can go back into your profile and change your settings. Just click on "My Profile" in the left hand screen.

Yep I did that but how do i change the ones before I did this as I keep getting them e mailed to me last night I had to delete 92 e mails

In your profile, you will see a list of all the threads that you are subscribed to. Underneath each thread, you can click where it says remove, delete, or unsubscribe or something like that.

Your welcome!! I am still unsubscribing you have to do each one separtely

Go to the left side and click on my profile and then go to edit options
and you should be able to fix it that way.
