A good cool spring morn here in ky. No earth quakes or after shocks....gee almost felt like a regular ol morn!
Got a wasc cake baking and boy I love those smells!
I'll see you a cup of joe and raise ya 2 cups of tea!

practice for my sil grad cake...she wants my wasc cake but I make it with princess cake and bakery emulsion instead of almond, she's a nut but doesn't eat them, and she wants white chocolate mousse filling with a white chocolate butter cream then covered in pink white chocolate fondant or cigarellos, with pink roses.<<<awful lot for a free cake......but it's practice and I cant pass that up!

Good Morning all!! What is Princess Cake and Bakery Emulsion?? And white chocolate mousse filling with white chocolate buttercream OMG thay sound yummy!! Would you share the recipe ?? Or is it a secret one??

there are no secret recipes, just unsure bakers!

white chocolate mousse is better cream with white chocolate pudding dry mix made with 1/2 cup heavy cream and then mixed with the whipped better cream.

The cake is white chocolate cake out of cake bible....see no secrets!<<<unless your the colonel......KFC colonel that is.

Do you whip the heavy cream first ?? And what is Better Cream??
