She lost 99 pounds on Campus (record breaking) and lost a total of 112 pounds!!!! She went from 234 pounds to 122 pounds!

I'm glad a women finally won, but I really didn't care for Ali all that much. I was hoping that it was going to be Kelly. Either way though, those women did an amazing job. I just wish I could hire a trainer/nutritionist to come in and whip my butt into shape. I also think that show could help alot more people, if they spent more time showing the workout plans and meal plans, rather than focusing so much on all the personal interviews and constant replay after every commercial.

Yeah Ali wasn't my favorite person either...I really liked Brittney and Maggie...To bad for them...Maybe now we can have a woman next time too!!! It won't be on again for a while though because they are still casting for season 6 and won't begin filming until october i think....
