It's 8:38 here in Iowa. Was up at 8 and took shower. My daughter had to go to her Apple class. The library is having a book sale at 10:00 today. Hope they have some good baking books on sale. The rest of the day will be spent baking. Hope you have a great day.

Good morning to you! It is a beautiful day here today!! Last night I bought some tulip and hyacinth bulbs on clearance (because they're already sprouting) and I'll have them in my kitchen until they bloom and I can plant them. I love spring flowers!!
I have a cake due today, and I'm not happy with it. I'm bad about fussing with my cakes and making them look worse. It's not totally done yet, so maybe it'll look better once I finish putting on some of the detail. She's not picking it up until after 7 tonight, so hopefully I can keep everyone (kids, cats and ME!) away from it until then! Pray for me! ha ha ha....
Have fun at the book sale! I love those, but I always seem to miss them!
