Thank you so very much. It was exhausting at work today... when I arrived, my desk had been all decorated by my sister and a bunch of our staff... Balloons, a red caution cone that says... "caution a 50 moment might happen", a necklace that is a pill container, a poem with a black rose, a sippy cup, a big boquet that says 50 all over it, a walking cane, and the staff broght tons of food for a huge party in the office all day long... a co-worker e-mailed the entire school district (400 employees) to let them know so you can imagine what my inbox at work looked like today!!! It was a ton of fun and I took it all in stride. At our annual meeting today I was also given an Exemplary Service Award from our Principal & VP that was selected in June and they awarded them today... fitting for my 50th b'day!!! My hubby & I went out to dinner tonight and here were 2 of our teachers in the resturant and of course they had to shout out a happy b'day to me too!!! All in all... turning 50 is not all that bad!!!
