Interesting. So does this mean that in addition to Duncan Hines' regular cake mixes, that they'll have other mixes specifically dairy free? Or are they saying that the regular cake mixes are naturally dairy free?

The regular ones are already dairy free, most dont know it so it kinda is a boost for them to sell more of course but helps when people are looking for a dairy free mix and arent sure about it.

Interesting... I guess if you think about it most all cake mixes probably are dairy free until we get ahold of them and start adding our magic to them!

some use whey powder which is a derivative of milk, so watch out for that.

I've never had anyone ask for dairy free... and never have baked that way so I guess I have not really paid much attention to that. It's kind of hard to stay completely away from dairy when you are baking... that's what makes everything soooo good! Fresh butter, cream... oooo there goes my cholorestoral again!
