cola icing, great on bundts!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 6 tablespoons cola
• 1 cup chopped pecan
• 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 lb confectioners' sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. 
   
   
   Combine butter, cocoa, and cola in a saucepan and heat to a boil.
2. 
   
   
   Pour over the powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and beat together.
3. 
   
   
   Stir in the pecans and the vanilla.
4. 
   
   
   Drizzle/pour over a hot cake.

a little different but good, if you use rootbeer it is a really good icing on cream vanilla cake...rootbeer float type cake especially if you use a creamy filling in cake too!

Thanks. The root beer idea sounds pretty good. I have a few recipes for root beer cake and I bet using root beer in the frosting would go very nicely with it.
