Anyone make potato candy or divinity candies?
I get requests for these kinda often but I dont usually make them due to time and space but I might if I can see it would be profitable.
Do you find candies are a decent part of your business orders?

This is a few months after the fact, but my grandmother used to make divinity and I LOVED IT! I am going to try to find her recipe, she has since passed on, but i remember trying to make it a few years ago, and failed miserably! i only wish i would have had her show me how when she was still alive.

I offer chocolates but rarely get an order for them. Cakes are my biggest orders, followed by my frosted sugar cookies!

If you have a good divinity recipe that you'd like to share, i'd love to try it again! (in case i can't get a hold of my grandmothers!)

I'll look it up for you, it is divine! And the one I use isn't difficult, you just cant make a go of it if it's high humidity or raining at all.....failure will loom large then!

it's a soft/firm white pillowy looking candy. It is very temperamental to humidly and such. It is super sweet stuff but oh so good, I will get out my recipe and scan a copy up for you guys later today!
