Needing some ideas

I am wanting to fix some cute cakes or cupcakes for my neices and nephews for them to take for their christmas parties at school. I want to wow the teachers and such. I was wondering if any of you all have any sugestions?

While not cupcakes, YourBakingMistress wanted to do something different for school that would be easy for the little ones to do but still be cute.

Here's the idea...

1) Turn a graham cracker long side up
2) Use small pretzel (not the sticks, the bow-tie) and put them on the top corners for antlers
3) Use two black M&M's (Halloween left-overs) for the eyes
4) Use a red-hot for the nose at the bottom of the cracker.

She drew it on paper and it looked exactly like a reindeer. I thought it was a great idea!

Or using marshmallows to make a snowman cupcake
Using brown frosting and making a gingerbread face
