Default Gourmet Apples

Anyone know how I'd go about making these?? Obviously get great apples and cover in chocolate and goodies--but is there a certain kind of chocolate I'd need to get??

Thanks... do you know if they have to be refrigerated?? Or once I candy coat it, will it be set and not melt?? I'm planning to white chocolate coat them and roll them in chocolate chips. Unless someone has better ideas of what to coat them in!!

here is a site for a company that makes the apples and ships them. I am sure it will tell you if they have to be refrigerated.

These turned out so pretty!! I took some pictures, but I haven't loaded them onto my computer yet. As soon as I load them on, I'll add them to my album!

Here is how i make mine:
I stab my red apples with wooden sticks.
Dip them completely in melted caramels.
Then dip them completely in almond bark...
drizzle with white almond bark, and top with either chopped toffee bits or nuts.

Super delicious!!! Always a hit around holidays!

Then for gifts, i wrap in clear cellophane and tie with a cute ribbon! And i recommend refrigerating these. They are always better with a cold apple!!
