Baby Shower Cake

I am going to give my daughter a baby shower and thought of maybe doing a diaper bag cake. Has anyone evr done one and are they hard to do?? I am going to have to make more than one cake any other ideas??

My daughter is Pg with my first grandchild!!! Very Excited she is having a baby girl!!!
