the books arent expensive at all, really cheap actually. Look at your local library and or over stock or used book stores...I find airbrushing/clay modeling and art such books this way most often and most cheap!

I came across this link Airbrush Supplies for Cake Decorating--Page 2 awhile ago that gives some recommendations on what airbrush supplies you should get. I bought my airbrush via eBay and saved over $50. I plan on buying the compressor through Harbor Freight because they sell it for more then half the price of that website I listed. And I also recently bought my colors through Into The Oven. Now as soon as I can get the compressor, I'll be ready to start airbrushing
