Here in Fl you cant get legal out of your house unless you have a separate building not attatched to your house. I wish you could out of your kitchen.

i'm in north carolina. so the thing i would recommend to anyone regardless of where they live is to call the dept. of agriculture for your state. they can hook you up with the person that can help you. i found the department to be very helpful and straightforward. they sent me pages of regulations that read like a lawyer wrote them. so, i called back and asked for clarification. they gave me a list of what i need to do and what they would look for. i appreciated how helpful they were. i got the feeling that they want people to succeed!
