tiered cheesecakes??
Has anyone ever made a tiered CRUSTLESS cheesecake? My mother-in-law is sensitive to gluten in regular flour, so I thought I'd try to make a cheesecake without the crust. I am considering making a tiered cake out of them. I've seen it done for wedding cakes before, just didn't know if there was a particular way it should be done!
