I'm jealous although I could maybe go to the one in Atlantic City. When I "graduated" from the Wilton classes, the instructor who's a friend mentioned that the ICES convention would be at Disney this year & we made a pact to have a girls trip with some others. Since my Mom had the stroke, getting away that far is impossible so I'll have to put it on my "one day" list. I'm still young & hopefully I'll be alive in 20 years to go. Mom talks about going home (it ain't happening) & I (jokingly-is that a word?) tell her she stays here until she's 100 & then she's going to the nursing home. She says "oh thanks!" I tell her at 71, hopefully, I'll be "young" enough to still go out & do things and she'll be too old to notice I'm gone!

ICES Annual Show and Convention

We have a lot members in NC, no? I noticed this link there...

The 2008 Carolina Cake Show will be held Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008 at Carolina Place Mall, 11025 Carolina Place Parkway, Pineville, North Carolina 28134.
