Does anyone have a White Chocolate cake recipe they would be willing to share? I wanted to use it to make my cup cakes. Thanks

I use the wasc cake recipe but put no almond in it and up the vanilla to 2 table spoons and at the end of batter mixing I add 8oz. of melted cool white chocolate mix just until combined with paddle not whip. If you half the recipe half the vanilla and white chocolate.

Thanks 2sdae! My white chocolate cake (although really good) is a PITA. It calls for whipping egg whites to soft peaks, and folding it into the batter, and then when the cake is done it's SUPER fragile. I really REALLY hate making it, but I get orders for it all the time! I look forward to trying yours!

I meant for it to read like this
I add 8oz. of melted cool white chocolate, mix just until combined with paddle not whip.
Does that make more sense? Sometimes I talk my language out loud!

I got a really good white chocolate cake recipe off of cake central. It turned out great, except that I did add more chocolate than asked for. I will have to go find the recipe again.

Decadent White Chocolate Cake CakeCentral.com

I didn't use the Duncan Hines mix. I used a Betty Crocker instead, and I added a bit more chocolate (I used ghirardelli white chocolate).

The second time I made it, I used WAY too much chocolate, and half the cake stuck to the bottom of the pan. It turned out okay though, because I made cake balls with it, and they turned out AMAZING!!!!! Because of all the chocolate in the cake, I didn't add any extra liquid to the cake balls, and instead of dipping them in chocolate, I dipped them in thinned coconut flavored buttercream. Oh my goodness - I still crave them constantly. I may have to go mess up this cake again, because now I want some of those cake balls.
