Nope. I can always find what I need cheaper from elsewhere. My faves are: Global Sugar Art, Jesters & P&H.

When I first started ordering over the internet I did order from sugar craft but I did not find their customer service to be all that... then I found cheaper places... and go with them. I love Global Sugar Arts... Alan is fantastic to work with. And their prices are great and if you sign up for their news eletter you are notified when there are sales. I think they have fondant on sale this month.

I have not heard great things about them...but it's just rumor, I don't know from personal experience. Personally, I don't shop there because their site is so busy and confusing to me!!! I love GSA, Countrykitchensa.com and ITO (when they have stuff in stock).

I've had great success with GSA, too, which is where I ended up getting my stuff today. It was actually a bit more expensive than Sugar Craft, but considering Sugar Craft's site was a bit difficult to navigate, and I didn't really understand the product description, it was worth a few extra bucks!

Yes, I've ordered from them.

NO THEY ARE NOT GOOD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE OR REPUTABLE.

In my humble, little opinion, of course.

I had personal experience with them and it was not pretty. I will always urge against them but please know, this is just my experience with them. Others have had better experiences but many have not. Google them. And check the BBB. You'll see.

Yeah, I got excited when I opened up their newsletter, but then after checking it out, I still get fondant cheaper at jesters, hands down. Plus, they're only 3 states away from me and I get my stuff within 2 days. But I do always compare prices from the 3 places I mentioned above.

Sugarcraft is the absolute worst in my experience. Their website is terribly confusing, and if you call for clarification of anything, they are downright rude. I have used Country Kitchen for years, and they are great! GSA is good, too!
