Default Hi-Ratio Shortening by Sweetex & Alpine finally posted!

Ok, we FINALLY have posted the Hi-Ratio shortening up on the storefront.

If you ever wanted to use shortening like they do in the Culinary schools, you really can't go wrong with either Alpine or the Sweetex Hi-Ratio shortenings.

You can see them in our store here: Hi-Ratio Shortening

You know, just as I think I may be getting close to catching up on a number of things, I jump over here to the boards and I see I have about three hundred new posts to read through sometime next week.

Enjoy, more new products coming soon

We used Sweetex in the bakery I used to work at in Chicago. It was especially wonderful in the summer for the IMBC'd wedding cakes.

I'm one of those waiting for the smaller sizes - I don't know that I could ever get through 50 lbs of the stuff nowadays.

I have a 50lb. block I am working on but it does last a long time in storage so that helps a lot too!
