I checked her books out on Amazon.com. I have to admit, I googled her first because I had no idea who she was. I just work on my own and figure things out the best I can. I didn't even know that there was a whole non-Wilton world out there until I stumbled on these forums!
Anyway, her books got rave reviews on amazon. Several other well known bakers and pastry chefs (that we all know and love) got criticized on their books for leaving out key details or instructions so that we couldn't completely copy their designs or recipes. I was surprised at how many there were that did that! Hers was the only one I saw that (according to reviews) gave explicit detail and didn't leave anything out. That says a lot about her character! I'll be adding a few of her books to my library soon!
