I just got her Professional Cake Decorationg book downloaded as an e book from my local library. For free!

Did you ask them some where about downloadible books or how did you do this? I wanna!
I have all her books but there are plenty more I can always use!!!!

I went my local library's internet site clicked on card catalog then did a search on cake. There they list books belonging to several counties around the state and we can request to have something sent to the local library but this was listed as an E book and downloaded to Adobe. I can keep it 21 days and this title says I can copy it or print.

Hhmm... That is really neat!! I'll have to check that out and see if my library does that!
I get a ton of books transferred to me. The libraries must hate me! But it saves me a ton of money!

I checked her books out on Amazon.com. I have to admit, I googled her first because I had no idea who she was. I just work on my own and figure things out the best I can. I didn't even know that there was a whole non-Wilton world out there until I stumbled on these forums!
Anyway, her books got rave reviews on amazon. Several other well known bakers and pastry chefs (that we all know and love) got criticized on their books for leaving out key details or instructions so that we couldn't completely copy their designs or recipes. I was surprised at how many there were that did that! Hers was the only one I saw that (according to reviews) gave explicit detail and didn't leave anything out. That says a lot about her character! I'll be adding a few of her books to my library soon!

yes, she is outstanding in person as well. I am dying to take a class from her....some day....
