Question Would you replace your Wilton pans with Fat Daddios?

For some odd reason I'm starting my spring cleaning 3 months early! I've started going through my cake pans that I had stored out in the garage and have complete sets of the Wilton heart shaped, hexagon shaped, and petal shaped pans. They're all the thin aluminum, not the 'performance' labeled ones.

I only have one Fat Daddio's pan (7"x11" rectangle), but haven't used it yet, so I don't know how that brand compares to the Wilton. Since Magic Line doesn't make these shaped pans (or I would certainly be ordering them!), if you had the choice to keep the Wilton or replace with Fat Daddio, which would you do?

I have not tried them yet either, but I'm all for replacing the Wilton pans I have Wilton & Magic Line and Magic Line is my favorite so far. Fat Daddios is what I want to try next.

I baked 4 cakes this weekend and I did 2 in fat daddios and 2 in magic line and they turned out exactly the same!!!
I have used my fat daddios and washed them and I still stand by the thoughts that all I can replace with fat daddios I will. What I have of magic line I will not replace.
I too have the wilton sets in shapes too, these I will prolly keep, but all my spring form and other wilton pans are going on ebay today in fact!
If I come into some money I will replace my heart, hexagon, and petal shaped wiltons with the fat daddios too!

Yes, yes, yes! Fat Daddios and Magic Line are sooo much better than the Wilton pans. You don't realize it until you try it. Fat Daddios are not all that expensive. Just buy one or two and try them out. That's what I did, and now I am slowly replacing all of my Wiltons.

I have started to replace some of my wilton pans for the fat daddios. I had purchased serveral of the rounds and squares over christmas. When they didnt have the size I was needing in fat daddios I would purchase the magic line. I can not tell a difference in the magic and daddios they would turn out exactly the same. Fat daddios is cheaper in price compared to magic line. I plan on making more purchases of the fat daddios to replace the rest of my pans a little bit at a time.
