Default cake dummies

Do you use these to practice on? I have a ton of them now and need to use more of them. I have difficulty doing them because I feel no one gets to enjoy your efforts...no baking no icing no fillings to taste. It's all part of it for me. The whole package, making that awesome recipe, baking it perfectly, torting, filling and frosting flavors.
But I have run out of taste testers and donation drops! So I guess I had better get into the dummy groove!

I have one that I've been using to practice my airbrushing on. I just got my airbrush and I can practice using my dummy and not worry about ruining a cake. I have A LOT to learn with that airbrush

I bought cake dummies from dallas foam. they have all shapes and sizes. They are cheap and shipping is low! They'll even make special order dummis if you need them too.

I coat mine with royal first and then sand them down smooth and apply fondant or all crisco-type butter cream to them. I also have used fake icing that they sell for dummies.
