wedding in 5 days need help with filling pans

i just bought baker chefs square pan sets and they are three 3 in deep how much batter goes into the 16x16x3 and 14x14x3and 12x12x3 ectand should they be baked for 70to90 mins,wilton sends along a paper with thier pans but these have none .please help.thanks

I don't use the 3" pans so not a good person to reply. I always fill my pans 2/3 full. Since there have been so many questions with the Fat Daddios pans and I am not familiar with this brand... I would contact the manufacturer and see if they can give you some information.

Gi to Wilton.com. Click on "cakes", then click on "baking cakes" - there you will find a guide for 2 & 3 in wedding cakes which shows the batter needed for each pan

Thanks for this information. I always use what's listed in the books that I have but it never gives the height just the pan size.
