Thanks in advance

I can not find my chart. It is here somewhere... I believe somewhere between 13 to 15 cups... that might be too much... I am not much help here! Sorry. I have not used my sheet pan forever. I make caramel corn in it every fall that is about it!

I was pretty close for a guess! The Wilton chart is the one I have too... I can find my wedding cake chart but not my other one. I hardly ever use the other one and I know it is here somewhere... among the cake books etc.! Glad someone knows where their's is!

I use 15 to 17 depending how tall I want it. I love to almost over fill them and then tort them.

I'm planning on buying a pan that size, but first I'd like to know how much serving is that?

Thank you so much for the answers!! I purchased the pan for a guitar cake I am doing. The body of the guitar is about 12" wide at the largest point and 15.5" at the tallest. I am going to make the neck out of the other 2.5X 12" piece.

Thanks everyone for your help. I was hoping the new Fat Daddios pan would deliver today, but no luck UPS says it was "rescheduled" to deliver tomorrow.

p.s. - I just found this on Wilton's site, baking times, servings, and batter/frosting amount for various pan sizes:

Party Cake Baking Time and Batter Amounts - 2 in. Deep Pans

I thought it might come in handy for others, so I thought I'd post

I prefer Earlene's cake serving size. but I can't seem to find it to check the serving for the sheets size. Her serving are bigger than Wilton's. Since I've began using her chart I never had a customer telling me that weren't enough cake.... Since I've re-arrange my cake room, I can't find anything! I still need to get used to it
