Hi everyone. I'm baking a wedding cake for monday. Somehow my white cakes are not turning out correct. I've tried white fluffy cake from epicurious.com and another moist white cake from kitchenlink.com (
Recipelink.com - Message Boards) and I don't like neither one of them. The white fluffy cake is so dense and heavy and tastes just like a piece of bread with buttercream on top. The moist cake doesn't rise and is kind of gooie (sp?) inside and heavy as well. Does anyone has a recipe for white cake that would be moist enough, rise a lot and light and fluffy at the same time.
PLEASE HELP, i rebaked my 12" and 16" cakes twice already, wasted tons of ingridients and need to finish them today.

I know I can count on you girls. Just don't send me to the recipe topic, I've been there already.
