Hi all! I am back......

Well at least for a couple of days anyway, Boy did I ever miss this site , Unfortuantly me being gone wasn't because of cake baking :(, but working. I made supervisor at my new job, but after a week of working open to close (8:30am-11:00pm) I decided that, that job was not worth the little itty bitty pay they were paying me, I was never home, I was only allowed one day off a week, WHEW! I was exhausted, so I stepped down back to a regular employee where I work about 4 days week, can't say I miss it . I was really missing my baking which I will be working on today. I really need all the practice I can get. This is my passion, I really wish I could find a job doing cakes, but I need so much work yet.
Well I just wanted to say hello to everyone and hopefully I will be able to get back on here more often and back into my baking.
