Most requested cake recipe.

Thought I'd see what you guys would say was your most requested / ordered cake recipe.
Just trying to get ideas for what flavors to offer and what seems more prevalent say chocolate for weddings or white marbled for birthdays.

White chocolate cake, strawberry filling. I'd bet that about 75% of my orders are for that. It is my least favorite cake to make, but I can't take it off my menu.

Yep it is. Mine would have too be my triple chocolate fudge cake with real bing cherry filling and dark chocolate ganache.
Not alot you can do to decorate this one, but looks real good!

I also get a lot of inquiries about my butter vanilla pouns cake. Especially around holidays and when summer comes it seems everyone wants it with fresh fruit fillings and better cream icing or SMBC. It is an awesome tasting cake I have to admit.

For birthday celebrations, the Mexican Chocolate Fudge-Pecan cake from The Pastry Queen by Rebecca Rather. I've made this cake for people at work 5 times in the last year.

I don't do too many wedding cakes, but have twice made Colette Peter's Chocolate Bourbon Cake recipe substituting Kahlua for the bourbon, with a raspberry Chambord filling and vanilla French buttercream.

I'm surrounded by chocoholics! :-)
