Anyone know how to make peonies??

I was looking online and found a place called CakeArt that does the most gorgeous peonies out of royal icing!! Does anyone know how to do this??

Hmmm...looks like tip 101 or 103 done kinda like the rose, just more petals? I'll have to look again, it might be done backward (bottom petals first).

I've never piped any kind of flower. I might try and do these though!

That looks a lot like a rose to me. I grow peonies in my garden and they all have the center in them. In the May June issue of Decorated Cakes by Marcela Sanchez there are instructions on making the gumpaste peony. It is really pretty.

well here they are in true life, I'd go with a 101 and loads of petals.
