Fat Daddios
Does anyone know if the Fat Daddios pans truly are dishwasher safe? Wilton pans say on the little piece of paper glued to them that they are dishwasher safe, but I tried that once and I ruined 3 pans.
Thanks!

Re: Fat Daddios
I am paranoid about washing my pans and any cake deco stuff in there. I prefer to do it myself and make all debree is removed and any and all grease/oils are removed completely.
But I really havent heard if they are supposed to be.

Re: Fat Daddios
I am used to doing it by hand, so it's no big deal if they aren't dishwasher safe. But I would love to be able to just chuck them in there and not have to worry about it. .gif) I just don't want to try it and ruin my brand new pans if someone else knows for sure one way or the other...ya know?
Thanks!

completely agree with ya. I dont trust what the wilton people say about their pans, so until I hear first hand FD work in dishwasher I wouldn't either!!!!

Re: Fat Daddios
I've never tried putting mine in the dishwasher. I prefer to wish them all by hand just in case.

I'm in the same boat. Now that I've discovered this site, I see that there is sooooo much more out there that I never knew about! It's fun and a little overwhelming at the same time!

Re: Fat Daddios
FYI, they are NOT dishwasher safe as their website says. I stewed about it for a while, but their site claims they are 100% dishwasher safe, so I thought I'd try it. I ran mine in a normal cycle on the top rack and it came out all chalky and ruined. I've emailed the company with my concern that their claim is not totally accurate, but I thought I'd let y'all know in case you got the urge to try it. I threw my pan in the garbage with the rest of the Christmas trash.
