Cool Tool!!

I just wanted to share my latest tool find. It's the vacuum sealer by Reynolds Aluminum. I purchased it at Walmart along with three boxes of bags for around $20. I have been using it for storing my leftover fondant and for when I make gumpaste. It is really great. I put the fondant, gumpaste or 50/50 in a bag, mark what the contents are and use the little hand tool to vacuum seal it. I store it in one of my vegetable crispers so it doesn't take up room in the fridge. It keeps the product nice and fresh and it doesn't get crusty like storing in regular plastic bags and containers. The bags are reuseable too!!
