Thanks for posting the info. I don't do a whole lot of bundt cakes, but I certainly wouldn't mind trying in order to win $10,000 I don't know if it's just me or not, but I seem to have problems with the cake in the bundt pans getting stuck and breaking off in the pan. Also the cakes never seem to be very thick (i.e. tall).

My secret for them not sticking is a non stick bundt that I spray generously with non-stick spray. I also only let the cake cool for about 10-15 minutes before I turn it out. If you let it cool completely before you turn it out it will stick especially if you have a streusel type filling. Also bundt pans come in various pan sizes, they are measured by the amount of batter that they hold not the diameter. It sound like you are using a bundt pan that is too big. Generally they are either 9 cup or 12 cup volume. I think most recipes use the 9 cup. Hope these tips help.
