I have been told year or more in cool dry place well sealed and or tightly covered.

As far as I know of they come in 3 lb and 50 lb. tubs.

When I first bought mine I bought 2 different kinds in 3 # tubs to try put first then decided which brand I liked and what price I could afford too!

I have had mine for a year. I bought large containers from sam's club they each held about 10 lbs. I still have about 20 lb left.

We have 2 Sams here, neither carry it or have it available to order. I really needed to get some and couldn't wait any longer. I called a small store in my town and they were able to order it at an amazing price!
