I forgot to mention that we used white chocolate chips....and also orange wilton candy melts.

can i use americolor gels to color the white chocolate? did i ask this already and forgot? please tell me thanks!

no you can't, you have to use powdered coloring or get flo coat to add to chocolate to be able to add gel coloring. You want candy colors or oil based colors not water. That will cause your chocolate to seize up and become a mass of hard yucky goop.

alright guys, wish me luck. i am attempting to do chocolate transfers for my mom's birthday cake in august. i will just use brown and white so i wouldn't need colors. i am so excited LOL

okay i know i have probably worn this question out but... can i use a Hershey's bar? and how do i melt it so that it's not thick?
