I've tried them and they are quite good. I believe they are actually made from cocoa butter and not palm oil which is in some other brands.

During the holidays is when Sam's carries the Ghirardelli dipping chocolate bars, and I stock up! When I run out, I use half chocolate chips to half Wilton CandyMelts. I don't want to mess with tempering chocolate, so this works great for me.

I really can't do chocolate, but when I attempt it, I like the Mercken's wafers.

Oh i am so checking out Costco here!!! I'm telling you, Hawaii ain't all its cracked up to be when you are in the cake decorating business... trying to find things out here is rough! So i have to look online, then get nailed with shipping costs! I can't wait to get back on the mainland! Aloha!

Yes, I hear ya on the shipping, I have family stationed there and thye say everything is way expensive to ship and there's a lot to ship if you want things like on the main land....decorating wise.
